How does this work?

The conscious and subconscious mind

Automatic habits

Reprogramming beliefs

How to make habits stick. Starting a new routine is fairly easy. Let’s say you wanna get in shape so you begin to run several times a week. You can make time in your calendar for running, make it more fun by measuring your results for example. But if you get bored or when you’ve reached your goal, what happens then? There is a risk of you quitting because there is no meaning anymore. James Clear explains in Atomic Habits how to make changes stick:

“The goal is not to read a book, the goal is to become a reader. The goal is not to run a marathon, the goal is to become a runner. The goal is not to learn an instrument, the goal is to become a musician.”

In this case, your goal is not to Become Alpha to be able to reach a goal but to make your masculine, Alpha energy a part of your identity, of who you believe that you are. The habits are not as important as who the person doing them believes that he is. Changing how you identify yourself will inevitably change your habits. The changes are much more powerful if they come from the inside and out instead of the opposite.

You want this new identity and everything that comes with it to be automatic. You don’t wanna have to think about how to show up, act and think in your Alpha energy. These kinds of automatic behaviors is found in your subconscious mind. This is also the emotional mind where we find memories, imagination, reactions and most important in this case, beliefs. It is said that your subconscious mind is responsible for 90-95% of your daily mental activity. Most of the time we are operating according to old beliefs and habits, through what we identify to be.

So imagine if your subconscious mind believes that the man you want to be, acting from your authentic alpha energy, is your Identity. Much like a computer, it will run this program the way it is programmed to function.

How do you access the subconscious mind? This question is tricky because we are using the subconscious mind so much of the day by subconscious habits and thoughts but in this instance you want to get to the point where you can reprogram yourself, or press the REC-button.

To keep it simple, your subconscious does not make a difference between reality and imagination. What it experiences, is real. The thing that regulates this is your critical thinking, in the conscious mind. A volunteer in a stage hypnosis show forgetting the number 3 isn’t pretending but his subconscious mind is following the suggestion that there is nothing between 2 and 4. The critical thinking is bypassed and the information forms a belief instantly. But that’s all fun ‘n games, the suggestion won’t stick.

Using your imagination and relaxing the mind we want to access that deeper place within you where subconscious decisions are made and beliefs are formed. I am trained as a hypnotist and hypnotherapist and use these techniques and my knowledge of changing the mind to help you create and become the man you want to be. Just telling you what to do, feel and think is pointless. The change must come from within you.

In the Becoming Alpha audio sessions we use your imagination and your emotions to communicate with the subconscious mind using its own language. Before installing new programs we want to get rid of the old ones blocking you. Old beliefs or patterns that might be sabotaging your progress. Just like when you wanna redecorate your home, you gotta throw out the old furniture first to make room for the new ones.

Why audios? The benefits of using the audio sessions are that you can listen to them as many times as you want and need. Repeating the session allows you to let the information, suggestions and changes go deeper and the more familiar you are with them the more your subconscious mind make them your own. I recommend you to use headphones and to sit or lie down. Whatever is most comfortable for you. If you happen to fall asleep during the sessions, try to sit “less” comfortably like a meditation position with your legs crossed.

Do not listen to these audios while driving , operating heavy machinery or do anything that requires your full attention!

Frequencies. The background music in the audios includes different frequencies. They are known as Solfeggio frequencies or Binaural beats. The reason for this is that they can help you increase relaxation and focus and connect you to the subconscious mind. The tracks and frequencies are different in each session depending on what the purpose is for that session. Each session page contains a ”list of ingredients”. Your brain waves are moving in different frequencies depending on what mental state you are in. Research has shown that audio and visual stimulation can help produce a change in brain wave frequency. During this work, your brain will go into alpha (relaxed, meditative state), theta (hypnotic state) and gamma (intense learning state). You can also download the tracks with the frequencies to use them separately on the Resources page.

How do you know when one part is finished? This is of course different for each individual. I recommend that you use every audio at least every day for a week before moving on to the next one. However, if you experience that the issue is no longer an issue or if your vision is crystal clear both in the session and during the day you can move on to the next one. You can repeat every session or the complete program as many times as you want and need. This is not only a task you are getting done but a choice to change the way you live and perceive yourself. Completing the Becoming Alpha program is estimated to take between 2-4 weeks but if you are done faster or slower you are not doing anything wrong. This is your work, do it in your time.
